How to stop taking medicine and be cured
Sir, I was tested positive with H pylori infection and antral gastritis and anxiety in Feb 2018. I had taken 7 days antibiotic course. After I got severe constipation and had to use enema for 6 days continuously. Since than I have been taking PPIs anti anxiety meds laxative daily. I had taken 7days antibiotic again in 2019 and later diagnosed with IBS/FD in 2019.I tried to stop taking medicine but in vain. I am having problems and do not have any idea how to stop taking medicine and fully recover myself. I am unable to eat spicy food, onions, milk, cold drink, caffeine, sometimes curd and sometimes anything. My last endoscopy was done in 2019 and report was normal. My father, uncles, my cousin, my mother all have gastric problems. My father and my uncles had ulcer in stomach and they are all dead except one uncle. My father had anxiety and my elder sister also have severe anxiety. My mother is having ileum ulcer with severe constipation.I neither smoke nor take alcohol. Please help 😭
