How to stop pain in testicular torsion ?

Few days before when I was sleeping on the bed, suddenly I moved my leg forcely? 1) Since then I cause little pain randomly in testis? Is it because of torsion? Does pain reduce automatically after fee days...no prolonged symptoms and no swollen Only random pain with no severity..pls clarify and give suggestion sir
