How to stay energetic ?
I am working in an emergency sector. My duties are in 3 shifts. After or before duty hours I do some workouts like swimming,running, gym, sport, Etc. But after this workout I feel very week and less energetic on the fields & also in office. Is there any diet chart or energy drinks can boost my energy level.

try to avoid working in odd shifts if possible. take adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours per day. Take a healthy diet fresh fruit, green leafy vegetables...
