How to stay energetic ?
I am working in an emergency sector, & my duties are in 3 shifts. After or before duty hours I do some workouts like swimming, running, gym, activities in sports. But I feel very week & less energetic on the fields or office. Is there any diet chart or energy drinks can boost my energy level. I am 6ft, 70 kg & 28yrs.

Hi everything seems fine physically with your short history...consult physician to find any possible causes of weakness...keep yourself motivated and be confident...consult dietitian for diet chart
