Your best option would be combination therapy with peels and Q switched Nd yah laser . We would have to examine your skin type and quality to say the best treatment. Our dermatologist at Dr Karishma Aesthetics, Indranagar will assess your skin and give you the right options .Vitamin C helps to some extent and good sunscreen .try Rivela spf 50 or Neutrogena. We at dr Karishma aesthetics have the best Zein Obagi skin care regime . Used only by a few in India . Will give guaranteed results in combination with lasers & peels

This description sounds like acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin folds like underarms, inner thighs or groin, neck and face becomes dark. It is either genetic or due to sedantry lifestyle and overweight. This can be treated.
