I am 45 days pregnant and we don't want to have a baby then what's the process to get my pregnancy removed, is it safe to take any birth control pill to take?

Noo you cant take any birth control pills, you have to go for a scan and if everything is normal on the scan then, consult doctor in person, and get pills to proceed with abortion
