How to remove facial hairs

Hello Doctor, I am a 24 year old unmarried female. I have unwanted hairs on chin, cheeks side, upper lips that too very thin. How to remove facial hairs safely without laser ? Can i do shaving or threading? I have a fear of regrowing more! Kindly suggest a good solution !
