How to relieve pain in fingertips of right hand

I am a male of 38 years old working in an iron and steel factory. Since 1 month, on and off I am getting this pain in my fingertips of my right hand. What can be the reason of this pain. I always wear protective gloves when I am working with machines. What can i do to cure this pain?

hi.. the symptoms of pain in the finger tips could be due to any weakness of compression of the nerves. The reason could be your profession or it can also be any other underlying conditions which can only be ruled out with a clearer history of nature,intensity,aggravating & relieving factorsof the pain. U can also have your vitamin levels checked .
