I am 26 yr old and my 20% hair get turn to white.Please give some solution to me. Please also tell what is the problem behand this whitening .

Hi Greying of hair can be genetically determined. Other causes like VIT B12 deficiency or Thyroid disorders may also lead to early greying of hair. Unhealthy lifestyle like smoking, stress and poor nutrition may cause hair greying. Consult a dermatologist for management.
