How to reduce weight for PCOD
Dear Doctors, I am having PCOD since more than 10 years and took metformin for 3 years in the beginning and then stopped. Now taking Norgest every 2 months to forcefully get my periods. I am married for 9 years and we have adopted a child and do not want to conceive. I am also under phychiatric medication since last 6 years. Taking solian 50 mg. Trying hard to reduce weight now. Both my PCOD and phychiatric medication are making my weight to increase. I tried following some diets but weight is not reducing. Am walking for 30 mins everyday. Any suggestions to reduce my weight will be greatly helpful. I don't have any other health issues. Thanks in advance.
