How to Reduce myopia?
I have power -4.25 in left eye and -3.25 in right one. I want to reduce power on left eye atleast to 3.75. what should i do to reduce power in least time.

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses or. To reduce power of glasses Lasik is only option to get rid of glasses

No medicine or exercise to get rid of the glasses or reduce the numbers. You may get lasik operation done to get rid of glasses.
