Eosinophil count increases because of 2 reasons- Allergy to something or a Parasitic infestation. Finding out the cause and treating it will cause automatic reduction in eosinophils. Also please be assured that eosinophils increase as a response in defense against disease. This means that your body is fighting the infection. However get to the root of the matter so that this does not trouble you further.
