How to reduce carrying angle
Sir actually I want to join armed forces ..and my carrying angle is 18° in both the arms..so please suggest me any exercise

After 10 to 15 Minutes of hot fomentation,  do Stretching exercises of flexor muscles group of Arm and Forearms , then go with the strength training  program .
