Recently diagnosed with bone tb after two years of suffering tajing Att from past 6 weeks but no relief..severe pain and stiffness in back as it is now also.dr suggested indocap or voveron sr 75 mg for pain relief.i am taking indocap.and it gives some relief. But i am worried ATT is not giving any relief and for how long i need to depend on indocap? Is it safe to take indocap for two three months along with ATT? Do doctors advice pain killers in spine tb?

Your treatment is going good. Its takes time for ATT to act. Dont worry tablet indocap is good. With that it will b better if u take tab nucoxia 60 in morning and continue tab indocap 75 sr at night time
Next Steps
complete bed rest if needed. with rest u ll have better pain relief.also it ll not cause any compression of your spine
