How to make cheeks to fat
My cheeks are very narrow. So please sujjest how to overcome this problem. Any capsules are there or tell me any Auyrvedic medicine.

Face is the first thing which loses fat if you are on diet so have nutritious food first. Face is the last thing which gains mass so facial exercises are mandatory in your case as only having nutritious food doesnt help to build your cheek muscles. Facial exersices create more impact on cheek muscles and helps it to build naturally. I think facial exercises and having nutritious food helps you. Good luck.

One is by increasing weight which would increase the cheek fat or you could do the following steps to increase your cheeks: - Facial yoga - You can also blow balloons to work out your cheek muscles. The process of blowing into a balloon puffs up your cheeks, which in turn helps build up the muscles. You can even perform this exercise by blowing into imaginary balloons. - Consume 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil daily, Use warm olive oil to massage your cheeks in an upward direction for 5 to 10 minutes twice daily. - Massage your cheeks with fresh aloe vera gel using circular motions for 10 minutes. Allow it to sit for another 10 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. Do this twice daily. - Mix 1 tablespoon of fenugreek powder with a little water to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on your cheeks and massage gently. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse it off with water. Follow this remedy once daily. - Rub some shea butter onto your cheeks and massage in an upward and circular motion for 10 minutes. Allow it to sit for 15 minutes, then wash it off with water. Use this remedy a few times a week - Mix equal amounts of rose water and glycerin. Rub it on your cheeks before going to bed, and leave it on overnight.The next morning, rinse it off with warm water.Repeat this remedy once daily.
