How to increase haemoglobin levels
My wife is 63 years with creatinine 1.53 from 6.47 with medicines. Protein creatinine ratio 0.98 from 2.25. Haemoglobin is 8.80. Doctor has prescribed injection isofer 500 ml in 100 ml normal saline and injection zynesp 40 mg once a week for 3 months. We gave her isofer but after 20 minutes she started with palpitations which went to 170 from 102 and shivering. Is there any other way to increase hb?

Thanks for your query. As per your records your wife is taking medication and her kidney is having some problem as the creatinine level is raised. Inspite of trying medication for increasing Hb. Try some dietary changes first, as Hb is still more than 8. So try some dietary changes inspite of taking medicine. Thanks.
Next Steps
there are many ways to increase Hb with diet. try them . take bananas, vit C rich foods. leafy vegetables.. etc.
