First, the cause of the dark circles must be found out and must be corrected... Causes of dark circles are stress, lack of sleep, straining eyes, genetics of tear trough....if you corrected the precipitating factors and depigmenting creams don't work, you can do for procedures like undereye peel with mandelic acid and citric acid... kindly consult online for proper assessment and treatment
