How to get away from illusions
I'm written apology letter for miner mistake in police station..I'm preparing for government exams But I'm always thinking that I'm arrested and convicted ..I will not get any government job ..waste of time for preparing exams ...even I know that I'm not arrested I only apologiged ..but these kind of thoughts torturing me everyday and hindering my potential... please help me to get away from illusions

Hello First of all why did you have to write an apology? There must have been a trigger for that. Now since that event has left a mark on your mind ,you might be feeling guilty for it as well. As long as your there is no functional impairment ie sleep,appetite and daily activities are not hindered by it you can go for counselling.
