How to detoxify body naturally
How can i detoxify my body and stomach especially because from last few months, stool is not normal color and most of the times light color and if i eat heavy food like paneer and milk made items and like butter, ghee, my stomach passes smelly air and sometimes pain in lower abdomen also. I have noticed but not get tested yet that i observrd that after eating eggs i faced the problem of mucus in throat, it may be egg alleegy so i stopped eggs. I want to clean my stomach to feel easy and start fresh. Please guide what can i do to naturally detoxify my body and stomach.
