How to delay colonization
Hi, I’m looking for ways to prevent or delay ABPA (Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis) colonization. My IgE is 7000, specific ABPA IgE is 4.68 kU/L, eosinophils are normal, and ESR is 25. What steps can help stop Aspergillus from growing in the lungs? Are there any helpful habits, treatments, or things to avoid? Would really appreciate any advice or information.
