How to cure lower left abdominal pain in men?

I have ulcer in my stomach and have been on treatment for the same, since a year. I am not alcoholic but occasionally I drink alcohol. I have complain of this pain on the left side of my lower part of the abdomen since 2 months. I go to the gym regularly. My age is 34 years. how do I cure this pain of the abdomen?
