How to controll Bilateral chocolate cyst
How to manage bilateral ovarian chocolate cyst? I do not prefer surgery because after surgery it may reccur. Now I am an unmarried girl of age 26. I want at least more 3 years to control it without surgery. After 3 years I can married and then before conception it may be going to surgery if necessary by the advice of doctor. At present I am on taking dienogest 2 mg daily for almost 17 months. Told me about how can I controlle it? Continue this tablet? Or others medical option available? Last usg report on April, 2021: R. Ovarian cyst of size 1.7*1.3 CM & L. Ovarian cyst size 3.0*2.7 CM. R. Ovary volume: 9 cc L. Ovary volume: 32 cc. Impression: Bilateral ovarian cyst showing internal echoes within. ( Bilateral endometrial/chocolate cyst)
