How to control hypermetropia?

I have attached my eye power details. Im 21 and using glasses since 10 years and how to prevent that postive power from increasing? Its really needed as my desired job has a limit on hypermetropia max 4(sph and cyl combined). Also i have attached the min eye requirements doc to get qualify. Can you please tell if lasik is permitted atleast.(im unable to get the exact context of that rule). Thankyou.
