I did blood test on thyroid, lipid profile and vitamin d.
Vitamin d insufficient -20.47,
Serum triglycerides -218- high
Serum cholesterol -213-high
LDL cholesterol - 151- borderline
Tsh- 4.21- on a border line.
Can anyone suggest how to control above without any medication?
I am 28 hence don't want to get into medicines right now. If by adopting a healthy lifestyle it can be controlled pls advice.

Restrict your fat intake specially ghee, cheese, butter etc which is nowadays freely available in pizzas.
Also u need to curb your caloric intake also.
And then exercise and workout for about half an hour per day regularly.
Avoid alcohol intake .
Repeat investigations after 3 months.
