How to confirm early pregnancy?
My last menstrual period is 26-09-2023, Accordingly my ovulation day would be in 13 or 14 days (09-10-2023 or 10-10-2023) My period cycle varies from 26-28 days not more than that. Not sure whether the conception process started or not but I am feeling some early pregnancy symptoms like being so tired, usual household work seems to be too tough, unable to wake up in the morning, peeing is also frequent (if I drink ½ litre water then I pee every half an hour, if I didn't drink that much then I pee every 1 hour) which is unusual. I can do the HCG test at home after 15 days, but wanna know the exact early symptoms during early pregnancy so that I can take care accordingly (I have got miscarriages 2 times that's the reason I am asking now) Kindly please respond to my above query! Thanks a ton in advance!!
