My total cholesterol level is 137 mg/dl and HDL is low as 26 mg/dl. Kindly advise how can I boost my HDL level ?
Also I had digestive issues last couple of days so ran thru stool test. Found pus cell level 4-6/hpf. Please advise.

Exercise is the best way to increase your HDL levels. Please start any aerobic exercise like walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing etc for 45 minutes every day. Try to be out of breath while exercising.
