I have kid 10kg.
Since last 2-3 week giving him paracetamol as given by doctor
5ml 3 times a day
And each 5 ml have 120mg of paracetamol
On. Internet I have found 120mg/kg is max means 120×10=1200mg per day I think...
So is that ok what I am giving her? 120mg three times a day..

Follow your doctor's advice and not Google advice bcoz the doctor has examined your child and has given treatment that is needed. Please don't follow Google for taking medication.
