My mother has post covid mild coughing since last 3 months she is taking sitopaladi churna for last 1 month and her coughing comes and goes increase and decrease how much longer she should take sitopaladi ,she has history of asthma and hypertension

Take half tsp churnam along honey, 3 or 4 times in a day and also take vasavaleha one tsp, twice daily, after food for 2 weeks. Then consult me online through this platform for further guidance and treatment. .

With what is she taking sitopaladi churna.. the dosage is important
Sitopaladi churna please give it with ghee+honey.. if she has dry cough then ghee must be more- ghee: honey -1:1/2
If she has cough with sputum/expectorant then ghee: honey- 1/2:1
Give it very frequently make sure to give her 5 spoons/day and divide this dose into more than 15 parts

You should take talishadi churna insted of sitopaladi churna all ng with ghrit and if you have sticky cought then along with honey .along with these you can take shwasonil syrp 2tsf thrice a dayas she is suffering from ashtma so it will be helpful for her.kachora+bharangi+along with honey
