How much dose of thyronorm to start with

Asked for Female, 32 Years

In 2014,I was detected hypothyrodism and started thyronorm with 25mcg. which increased to 125mcg gradually till 2019. After 2019 i took break on medication and today again got my Thyroid profile tested. My T3,T4 are normal. TSH is high 9.8. How much mcg thyronorm should i start?

So ur TSH is 9.8. So it depends on how long u have stopped the medicines. So if u have stopped more than 2 months and after that u checked then for this value u need to start on 25 mcg of thyroid tablets. Repeat thyroid test after 6 weeks.
