How many pregnancy safe by c section
I have 2 kids by c section ,my 2 Nd pregnancy was high risk I had preclamcia and high BP n sugar that time.n I had to operate after one week because of hematoma .but 3 rd time they reopen my stiches and remove hematoma.now I m pregnant .how could I safely continue this without complication

Yes this pregnancy also you will need to deliver by C section .please visit your doctor every 4 weeks till 28 weeks and then every 2 weeks till 36 weeks. Doctor will admit you at 37 weeks and plan for an elective surgery after covid test at 37 weeks

If scar thickness is more than 3 mm and placenta is not anterior you need not worry Continue iron and calcium supplements Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month Take a boiled egg daily Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel Avoid papaya and pineapple Drink lots of water and fruits juice

This will need regular follow up physically It will be already high risk as u had prior two cessarian section
