How many fissure can occur in anus
Hello doc .I would like to know maximum how many number of fissures can occur in the anus ..I just had one in 3 o clock position now feeling same type of pain in 9 o clock position .

most commonly fissure occur at 6 o clock but in females fissure can also occur at 11 o clock as described in books and literature
but as u are saying u had one at 3 o clock so is this your finding or you have get checked by a surgeon proctologist?
