How long should I wait to drink liquids?
How long should I wait to drink liquids during meals if I have GERD? (gastroesophageal reflux disease). I hear it is bad to drink any liquids during meals if you have GERD, and some say to wait 2 hours after a meal or drink 30 mins before a meal? Is this true? Or would I be okay drinking a non-acidic liquid during a meal?
