How long do after effects of a flu last?
I had a mild flu almost a month ago. No fever just sore throat & lethargy. Ive had a UTI post that and recovering. Now recovering from a sinus. Most doctors here feel its after effects of a flu. But a month now & all reports normal but still not fully fit. Still feel a little lethargic & light headed but no other symptoms at all.

What medications are you taking currently for this issue?
Do you have any other medical conditions like thyroid or anything like that?
You can start taking a multivitamin, if you had consulted any doctor , he would have said the same.
But you clearly haven't.
