You could be having a possible habit of tongue thrusting or mouthbreathing. If that issue is not there , then only go for a restorative treatment otherwise orthodontic appliance (not braces) will do the work like magic. Yes restorative composite needs maintenance , it doesn't come off so easily though rest depends on a number of factors like your bite force, occlusion, teeth position etc.

Hi... composite bonding has its pros and cons...yes, you can repeat it if it breaks but more time you repeat, more you weaken the tooth...your teeth might develop sensitivity in long run( it's case specific)...If you dnt want orthodontic treatment thn you can think of going for Invisible Aligners..this will give you better results as you have gap in 6teeth...For further doubts do consult me, will be happy to help

Hello, To answer your questions : Yes, the composites can be re-done. They can be re-done immediately in case they break, you don't need to wait for any particular time. Yes, you may face sensitivity issues if you get them give again and again, since everytime we have to redo it, there is a little bit of grinding of the tooth required
Next Steps
if they are done well, they usually don't break or fracture that fast, also maintaining them is in your hands.

You can repeat it as many number of times needed provided the tooth structure allows it to be restored. If not done properly there can be marginal leakage which may cause secondary caries/ decay. If the dentin is exposed after the restoration breaks off and you decide not to get it redone you may have sensitivity issues.
