Composite bonding
6 months ago I have done composites bonding. Some of the bonding is coming out. Please advise how to maintain it.

Can you please share the clear photograph of the concerned tooth?
Health Tips
Brush with a soft toothbrush at least two times a day. Avoid or reduce exposure to coffee, tea, curry, tobacco etc. Habits such as opening packages with your teeth, biting thread, chewing ice, nail biting etc. should be avoided.

Don’t eat hard substances like guava from your front teeth . Don’t use hard bristle brushes And do chcek if any pain is there in your front teeth that’s is being restored by composite restoration

Hi, Unfortunately the picture is not very clear.In general if part of the bonding has come out so soon get in touch with your dentist. He/she should be able to repair/replace it. Bonded restorations are quite strong.However it is worthwhile being a little cautious while eating hard foods with front teeth.Other than that there is no specific maintainance required for bonded teeth.
