How is stomach ulcer pain??
My 10 year old son is frequently complaining of severe stomach pain. She also has fever, and been vomiting since morning. She is unable to eat anything due to acute pain. I doubt she has stomach ulcer. How much pain do you feel when you have stomach ulcer, can smaller pain in lower abdomen be stomach ulcer pain?

Stomach ulcers are not commonly seen in young children. It may be a stomach infection. Consult a physician near you
