How effective is Cycloset? A new pack?

Dear Doctors, I am on Cycloset ayurvedic syrup for regulating the periods. Along with it, I am also on Femilion OCP pills for PCOS and Contraception. I am using Femilion tablet for two years as of now. I have two doubts 1. My 21 day Femilion dosage got completed as if yesterday. I have been regular. No missing and no sexual activity in this cycle. Now that I am on Cycloset ayurvedic syrup and Femilion tablet can I , expect my periods to be on time ? P.S: I get my periods in a maximum period of ten days 2. I was told that continuous use of Femilion is not good and I should stop it intermittently. Is that true? If I stop Femilion for a month, can I get my periods in that cycle ? Or wait for it to kick start on its own and start a new pack? Kindly advise me Thank you
