How do I track ovulation in PCOD?
I have PCOD since two years which is why I have irregular periods, ranging from 25 days to 50-60 days, with an average of around 35 days. How do I track my exact ovulation days as I want completely to prevent having any sexual intercourse during ovulation? Also since I am already 17 days into my cycle, what sort of contraceptive can I take now to best ensure pregnancy prevention?
