How do I know if my SSRI is working
I used to take Luvox (from 2016-2020) back and it worked wonders. Then I had to switch doctors because of problems with the commute.  The new doctor then gave me Nexito 5 which worked fine and he asked me to stop taking after a while. Cut to 7 months later, I had a massive relapse and went back on nexito 5 and it didn't work. Upped to 10 after a couple of months didn't work either. Then upped to 20 now n it still doesn't feel like it works... I have been taking nexito for more than 5 months and it hasn't been working at all. What should I do next? I honestly don't know what to do...

Anxiety Disorder needs to be treated in a holistic way. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. Hi, Talk to your doctor . The doctor involved in your care needs to know about all the medications you are taking like including prescription, vitamins, and supplements etc They can check for possible interactions and make sure that the medications you’re taking and the dose is safe and effective. You might just need a dose adjustment or a different type of medication.  In reaching out to your consulting Psychiatrist and or Psychologist, the underlying issues will be addressed too that contribute to what you are feeling . You will develop practical strategies to manage alongside medication if required for reframing and harnessing your emotions, triggers , your thoughts, enabling you to feel better and manage in a positive manner effectively.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist/ Psychologist

Hi, The medicines create a environment where healing can take place. For healing to happen one has to go a holistic way to rule out and overpower the issues. To obtain results with medicines one has to seek therapies / counseling too. And the results are faster. As you learn the skill and stress management,  psychiatrist can reduce doses and later no medicines are required. I will advise, never start or leave medicine without your psychiatrist notice.
Next Steps
Meet an experienced psychotherapist.
