I m 30 years an old married man and  my height is 167 Cm, my current weight is 45Kg, How do I gain WEIGHT with proper diet without any side effects?

as per your details which you provided your height is 162 cm, you just need to focus what to eat or when to eat with some mild adviced diet as per your dietitian, including protien in your diet in each meals , follow 5-6 small but frequent meals and you are good to go.

Hii... You should test like thyroid, IBS, sugar level If all reports are normal then you take frequent and small meal in which you have to include carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin and minerals... According to your height and weight calorie will be calculated for weight gain by a dietitian... And light exercise also beneficial with balanced diet.... If your report is not normal then you should meet from physician after that dietitian.
