I recently visited a Government College Hospital, where the doctor prescribed some medicines and diagnostic tests. While some medicines and tests were available for free at the hospital, others were not, and I had to buy them from outside. Unfortunately, I can't afford these expenses as the diagnostic tests and medicines are quite expensive, and I need to take them for a long time.
I approached an NGO for help, and they said they could assist me if I could get an expenditure letter from my treating doctor. However, the doctor informed me that such letters are only provided for admitted patients, not OPD patients. Without this letter, the NGO is unable to help.
How can I get help from an NGO
How can I show an expenditure Letter
