Asked for Male, 30 Years

Sir my kidney is horse shoe type and Lt moiety is not perfused and not visualized and Right moiety is well perfused and normal functioning. Sir my Lt moiety is grossly enlarged in size with thinking of parenchyma and measures 16.0cms. Sir please advice me what treatment of my kidney. My Lt moiety has pain last 15 days.
