I have undergone surgery for removal of uterus and ovaries. It is mandatory to go for HRT. What r the advantages and what will be consequences if I don't opt for HRT.

It would help u to cope with menopausal symptoms. But then u shud take it if u have symptoms only because someday u have to stop them and face menopause
