Hello there. I can understand your concern. Make some dietary changes, have 5 smaller meals rather than having 3 huge meals. Drink plenty of water. Go out more often, hangout with friends, meet people and talk to them. Yoga, pranayama, meditation. Tab. Neurokind-lc twoce a day after food for 10 days.
