Hormonal imbalance and PCOD/PCOS
Since, September 2020,I'm Struggling with My period issues ,Earlier I have never faced period problem since this Lockdown period has started my lifestyle has changed drastically I was earlier 80kgs but now I'm 98kgs due to lack of exercises and physical activities And chronic Academic stress my period haven't come from last September 2020 ,my last period was on 28 August 2020 ,Doctor plz suggest me some thing why periods are soo late , I'm regularly doing PCOD YOGA ,and having herbal teas but nothing had changed, this is giving me anxiety and depression because of this my skin has become soo worse i have lots of pimples on my face and facial hair is distrubing.

First of all, don't get stressed out...continue doing yoga, drink 3-4 litrs of water everyday... Lose weight around 30 kgs...you can try walking for starters and contact a dietician...when your weight is corrected..automatically all hormones will become normal..and you will get your periods, skin will improve and you will concentrate better in studies..
