Hormonal imbalance and fat gain

Asked for Female, 15 Years

I am 15 years old and two years before I got puberty and scanned found cysts in my uterus and 5months later there was a sudden increase in weight and found I had hormonal imbalance and some what cured after 6months I had normal periods which right now has been delayed . I am so fat and I am 78kgs I think I have some deficiency
