Sir I am 38 years old.recently I have been detected horizons canal bppv vertigo.doctors prescribes stugeron25 for 7days daily twice for 7days and then stopped.he also advises for doing a certain exercise 3 times in a day.will it be cured permanently?

Horizontal canal BPPV if diagnosed correctly and treated by appropriate maneuver will be cured completely just by doing maneuver itself. Usually medicines are not very useful. Sometimes repeat maneuver may be required
