Hello .you should have a knowledge of some fundamentals about your menstral cycle, and sex.what are safe days when even after intercourse without protection you wont get pregnant. In a menstrual cycle of 28 days,14 days are safe7 days before and 7 days after the first day of menses are safe days in these 14 days you need not to use any emergency pill or any other protection.because of lack of this knowlege you are taking pills for periods and unprotected sex.and bleeding after sex is normal, due to torn hymen.but it is mild ,not severe.if it is more you should consult a gynaecologist personally so that it wont affect your body, you can use some lubericant like evagel or xylocaine jelly .You should have a good knowledge of contraception, like daily oral pills can be started at time of newly weds.because no body want to get pregnant so early.only rare female are anxious for early pregnancy because of age factor.you can start yaz ocp daily one pill from day one of your menstral cycle .it wont affect your fertility.when you stop the pill within 3 to 4 month pregnancy will occour.due to lack of knowledge now a days you womens and girls are using emergency pills like i pills and unwanted 72 pill, and after pregnancy abortion pills and some times after that you are facing infertility .as these high dose emergency pills destroy your innermost lining of uterus and hence causes infertility.ok this is for all the younger aged girls and females who are facing these problems.if you follow these fundamentals in your marital life you have no need to face many self created problems. Thanks my answer is too long.but this is for your better married life.secondly you should use condom to avoid sexually transmitted diseases and HIV infection.
