I am not able to eat anything. Also have severe cough. Caught be fever also. Taking little bit of fluids.

Hello ! If your symptoms are of recent onset then it might be a respiratory tract Infection, in which case you will feel better with the right choice of antibiotic and supportive treatment . If however your symptoms are chronic you will need further evaluation with blood investigations and chest x ray
