Homocystine
Five years ago my blood test show Homocysteine at level 50. From then I am taking (on the advice of Doctor) Metaspan tablet. Last week when I tested Homocysteine is 7. Last year also it was 7. Should I continue to take the Metaspan (L-Methyl folate 3mg+Pyridoxal 5'phosphate 35mg+ Mecobalamin 2mg) one tablet after dinner. If to continue how long should I take and what should be the frequency of blood test? Thanks for your reply.

No clear-cut guidelines for homocysteine management. Generally if homocysteine becomes normal we stop drugs and repeat homocysteine levels after 3 months. But evaluation for normal risk factors is more important.
